Journal of Legal Disputes (JLD) is a double-blind, peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by Litbang Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia in collaboration with Faculty of Law Universitas Hang Tuah and Badan Mediasi & Konsiliasi Indonesia.
Journal of Legal Disputes (JLD) is a multidisciplinary, open access and peer-reviewed journal that aims to offer an international academic platform for legal research especially related to law disputes in various fields of law.
These may include but are not limited to various fields such as Civil Law, Islamic Law, Health Law, Military Law, Human Right, Criminal Law, Customary Law, Administrative Law, and Contemporary Issues in Legal Scholarship.
Journal of Legal Disputes (JLD) has one volume with two issues per year (May and November), and accepted submissions from all over the world. All submitted articles shall be written in English or Indonesian, have never been published elsewhere, are original, and are not under consideration for other publications. The Journal of Legal Disputes (JLD) Editorial Team will screen plagiarism using the Turnitin Program to check for plagiarism. If it is found that there is a plagiarism indication (above 15%), the editorial board will automatically reject the manuscript immediately. Article submission and publishing are free of charge.
